Yeah, I did not see a leak under the dishwasher so it is probably coming from under the cabinet below the sink. Not sure how I am going to get in there.

This is going to be an insurance job. I am not sure if it is a leak from that pipe or lots of condensation from the floor vent that runs under the sink cabinet.
