Which is better- oil based or water based urethane. Which is more durable and which will hold up better to moderate traffic? Thanks

two component water is the strongest. single componet water isnt that much different than a good oil. With that being said I prefer the "look" of oil over water any day of the week.

Should it be suggested ? ? . . . With most in agreement that oil modified urethane has a more desirable look.
- first two coats oil modified
- third / fourth coat two component water based
