I am about to lay down my first wood flooring and was wanting to know which adhesive to use. I have heard the key to glue down flooring is the adhesive. Can someone help me out?

Yes, I have concrete in the halls and living area but have sheet vinyl in the kitche I want to lay over will this product work. Will the adhesive act as a moisture barrier also.
