I'm installing 3/4" Oak T&G flooring in two bedrooms and adjoining hall. Do I run strips continuously through to the other bedroom or stop at doorway and put threshold strip?

I asked yesterday with no response.

Bedrooms are on opposing sides at top of stairs----small stairway width hall joins the two.

Advice appreciated.

It’s a mater of preference but if you are installing the same species in both rooms continuous is considered to be the more professional way to go.

thresholds always look like an after thought, run it straight- through.
