Had my floors redone and this is how they came out. Blotchy, streaky, why? The floors were uniform in color and all it needed was a scratch coat in my opinion, however the "professionals" insisted on redoing them to keep floors throughout the house uniform, which they are not. So disappointed. Had anyone seen floors "done" similar to this?

Jeff is right .What i see there is a combination of water based and oil based finish .When going from one to the other , it is critical to sand off the old finish 100% . Unfortunately, your contractor or his employees did a poor job sanding.
