My washer failed to shut off the water when it reached its max and this caused water to gush out of the washer for probably 45 minutes.
This water spilled onto the tile beneath the washer and ran everywhere. Most fell in the side walls and into the basement. However, on one end of my tile is a gap (yet to be filled with caulk) that transitions to my hardwood floor. Water spilled into this gap (see picture for this gap-behind that pile of clothes to the left is wear the washer exists). I am not sure how much water got in there as I was not home.

My wife cleaned up all the water as it didnt sit for long, but it was some exposure. I am running fans and dehumidifies now.

What can I expect from this type of water exposure in terms of my hardwood flooring?

It depends. It may cup a little then go back down. Maybe not. Just watch it for the next few weeks. Unfortunately, finished flooring takes quite awhile to release absorbed moisture. Give it some time before yanking it out. In the meanwhile, check into your homeowners insurance just in case you need to make a claim.
