Hi, need some help/suggestions/insight please.

Have a new apartment, not moved in to yet. Looking to touch up the floors before the furniture comes in. I want them to be a little more shinny as the current finish is a little on the dull side.

Should I get the floors Waxed or Screened?

Thank you very much,

Omar

Omar:

Far to difficult to hep with limited information. You need to know what kind of finish is on the floor. The problem with screening is you may have bonding issues once a new finish is applied because you don't know how the floor was maintained before you. It could be a complete failure. As far as wax that would be the easiest solution with less fear of problems...only if the existing floor has a waxed type finish.
