I like to use Rubio product, because it handles easily.
The problem is, though, they don't carry glossy nor high gloss polyurethane, so, if I apply a coat of their finish to the floor in question, would it be possible for me to apply water based high gloss over the Rubio?
In other words; using the finish, in lieu of a stain, then apply the water based poly.

try asking them always best to ask the manufacturer.
