Incredible! The courts have become so jaded. When I was at an NWFA class 10 yrs. ago, I met some nice Canadian hardwood men. We talked about liability from flooring installs. They told me they thought the Canadian courts were much more reasonable than the USA courts were and did not always hold the flooring contractor at fault if a problem arose. Seems like things have changed there too!
