I'm in the midst of a 2 room (2 bedrooms) floor project.
I just put the last coat of Streetshoe 275 on the first room and I have about a quart of Streetshoe 275 remaining.

Since this has had the catalyst added I'm wondering if this can be used in the future (say by adding more catalyst) or if it's now simply waste that I have to get rid of.

You may add the catalyst again. If you wait too long it will set up, starting to cure.
I think you need to use it within 24 hours after the first catalyst is added.
