Now that you mentioned it I reviewed your post. I missed the part about not holding trowel marks and flowing. That shoulda been a red flag there. Having not used there products you could claim your not responsible but then you know they will just say you should have realized that when you starterd. The only product I know that flows is Bostik MVP4 which is not an adhesive in itself.
It would help to have a bucket of it, left over or not an have a lab perform a test on it. It could also be an outdated product. Got any buckets left over?
Here is the composition of the product from the MSDS sheet, maybe they forgot to add the calcium carbonate which is a huge percentage - 63-68%!!!;
