 Post subject: underlay or not?

Using engineered BR-111 for a 600 ft. install, and I am just curious if I should use an underlayment or just glue it directly to the OSB. Trying to save the customer a few bucks.
I am normally a ceramic installer, but I have installed alot of 3/4 solid wood.

If gluing down, I would use a 3/8" CDX plywood underlayment well attached to the subfloor.
