In a few weeks I will be installing about 420 sq. ft. of unfinished hickory 3/4" flooring. I'm having a tough time deciding what type of finish to apply. The hickory will be installed in the dining room, kitichen and hallway leading to the bedrooms. This is a very high traffic area and we have a dog. Any suggestions?

3 coats of Bona Traffic Satin over one coat of Bona Drifast natural stain. This would be the premium way to proceed.
