I found this site by searching for "Trillium Complaints". I installed the flooring this summer and have spent the fall in despair. The product scratches so easily. I don't have pets, don't wear shoes in the house, no kids with toy trucks. My floor looks like the army has marched over it. Not only does it scratch easily, but there appears to be a waxy film on it that can't be cleaned properly. Floor cleaning products that advertise "no smudges" don't work. Nothing works.
Can anyone help??

Alot of cleaners out there will actually wreck the finish on your hard wood floors. We only do site finished floors, with moisture cured urethane, and we recommend just water with some vinegar in it. Too many times we have been called by people in similar situations to yours, and ussually there is nothing to be done. Occasionally the floors can be refinished. As with most other things in life virtually all "wood" floors have become disposable. Like carpet, they are to be used for a set number of years then replaced. Only solid 3/4" is meant to last. Our floors that we install, will still be around 100 years from now if not longer.
