finishing white oak floors....traffic verus basic water based finishes? i think from what i read here traffic is better? Our guy thinks oil and water based have same smells...but most of what i read here says water based much less in the smell dept? Anyone have pic of white oak floors finished with Traffic? I found one site is this about right?
