I have a what I think is red oak floor, see earlier thread about "intervention on Cheapo job'

-Sanded to 80-100, screened to 100 on buffer. [Some 'Cigar depression' defects and occasional swirl/sanding marks from unskilled workers using machinery. Defects are disappointing, but are the 'given' situation I had to work with].
-grain raised with damp rag. Dry for 24 hours.
-Bona Drifast stain in Medium Brown. Has been drying overnight with open windows and fan for 17 hrs so far about 60-65 degrees and occasional light rain last night. Floor looks pretty good, stain came out very good, only issues are the sanding defects listed above.

I'm getting ready to put on the finish. I will let the finish dry for at least 24hrs and more likely 36 hrs.

I have Bona Mega here, but I think I'll exchange it for Traffic, and I'm leaning towards Satin, I think I'd like a satin finish and also I think satin will mask the sanding defects a bit more than semi-gloss.
My flooring supplier isn't very helpful about product. Can someone give me some feedback on the sheen of Traffic Satin vs. Semi-gloss, and also relative to other satin finishes? I recall reading somewhere that Traffic was a bit different in sheen levels?

I'll likely do three coats of Traffic. One coat, let dry about 2-4 hours, then another coat. Does that sound like enough time (forecast for finishing day is 60 degrees)? Then I'd like to do a quick scuff sanding to knock down any roughness from the raised grain/finish defects, go over floor with vac/tac cloth, then apply the final topcoat. How long do I need to wait before sanding after Traffic coat #2?

Thanks a bunch!

Traffic satin is a good look but appears less reflective than some other manufacturers satins. The longer you wait before abrading, the harder the finish becomes. So, overnight will be adequate and preferable. You can "hot coat" the 2cd coat of Traffic right after the first is dry. In about 6 hours. But if you wait longer, it will not matter. Longer than 48 you must abrade 1st. So, again, overnight is fine.
