Here's a question for you guys - I'm currently WAY over paying for bulldog tape for our service crews. Something like $26CAD a roll... its crazy for what is essentially carpet tape. The only advantage is that the stuff from Torlys doesn't leave any residue AND is strong enough to take the hits without sliding off. I've tried a few different suppliers but their tape is either not strong enough, or too strong and leaves a residue that may or may not come off.

Now I know Torlys is getting it from some 3rd party on the cheap and marking it way up. They receive the product from their supplier and remove all the packaging to hide the source, meaning its probably readily available. I'm wondering if anyone knows anything or has any recommendations - I'm losing my shirt over here!

I take it this is a double sided tape to use with the Torlys UNICLIC repair tool?

I buy this fabric double sided tape at the sundry supply, it's white and says - made in Canada in the center. I bet it's the same stuff. I didn't check the price last time I bought it.

Got a link or a company name I can google? I'm in canada so this could be just what I'm looking for
