Finished this one up a couple months ago, been very busy latley :)

3500 sq of white oak 2&1/4, 3&1/4, 4 laid in a random width pattern stained a mix of 11 different colors, 3 coats bona traffic
The 300 sq foyer we did a grid pattern using 5 inch long lenght white oak with 20x20 tiles inlaid

did you sand and finish the floor then install the tile ? Nice work btw.

Thanks!

We sanded the floor prior to the tiles being installed (not by us)
we actually used a 100g double sided disk on the buffer to carefully sand the grid, we tried to edge it but that seemed to leave to many digs when we would slip off the plywood we had in the boxes, also tried to palm sand it, but that was way to slow even with the fess tool
