In Rubles. :lol: Seriously, figure material cost, then times by 3. EX:

Material........50,000.0 Rubles, dollars, franks, pounds, whatever
Times three=150,000.00

50,000 for material, 50,000 for install labor, 50,000 for finishing. Profit is built into labor and finishing pricing. Might work. Heck, I really have NO IDEA!

Oh yes Guys.
I do not want to think how much this floor had to cost. I bet this was one of this project where money does not matter very much, I wonder where are those clients here in Hawaii looks like people get at least 6 estimates from different floor companies even for a small 200sq.ft. job.
Pricing is just more tiring then nailing or sanding floors :-)

2 things here that I don't want to imagine... the freaking price and the amount of time it took to finish. I just finished my bedroom which is a decent size and whew.... lol, that project in picture....... *slaps forehead*....

funny when i saw this pic and someone mentioned russians, i have been asked id i was interested in going out to new york to do a russian mansion replica, its suppose to be very detailed, 2000 sq. cost 500,000.00 i hope its not as detailed as this pic :shock:

The owner is Russian- and this floor won in one of the categories of Floors of the Year 2007, 30 feet in diameter if i am not mistaken.
