I can see numerous errors in this instruction video.
1) No mention of moisture testing the slab/substrate.
2) No mention of degree of flatness ( 3/16" over a 10" radius )
3) No mention of how to fix an uneven substrate.
4) No mention of proper joint stagger.
5) No mention of "blending" multiple cartons of flooring.
6) Using a 2' level to check flatness?????????????
7) No mention of ANY safety protocol.
#8 No mention of proper adhesive for gluing a solid directly, which is
precarious at best.
9) Recommending using a NOTCHED trowel to spread subfloor patching
compound????????????????
10) Installing flooring with tongues out invites glue to accumulate in grooves.

To name a few!

It was definately different Gary! I especially liked that guy using a pry bar to scrape the floor...then he spent so much time with the broom sweeping out a crack.

I didn't see the tongue facing out until you now mentioned it. I also don't see how they could ever get the first area tight when they're pushing the installed area tight to the wall..then the wonder bar and blue tape. Oh well some DIY people won't notice the gaps.

It never loaded for me to watch. I guess I need to copy the url, and paste it into IE, instead of using Netscape.

If Gary says it is bad, I believe him..

Although, Garys #10, Installing flooring with tongues out invites glue to accumulate in grooves.

I find it really doesn't matter in that aspect, as with a gluedown, Your going to scoop glue with the groove, more then the tongue side and you don't need a spline, to change direction. I do find it easier to engage the boards, when it is groove out.
