 Post subject: Do these figures sound correct ?

144 sq. ft. room. $ 86 to remove and re-install trim. $ 283 to install 1/4" underlayment. $ 40 for a moisture test. $479 labor to install solid 3" flooring. $ 716 for the flooring ( Bruce ). $ 70 for shoe moulding or 1/4 round. Could someone familiar with this please let me know if this a fair price. Thanks !
