can anyone sugest the right tool to install 3/8 in t&g brazilian teak from LL. I was thinking of the senco stapler model sls20hf and have been told it should work fine. Then Ive also been told I may need to use cleats because the teak flooring is so hard. I need to know which model will use a 1" to 1 1/4" cleat. Thanks in advance for any info.

Powernailer has three models that would work well for the 3/8" flooring and all use cleats. They have the older Powernailer Model 50C

Then the Powernailer Model 50M

Then the Powernailer Model 50P

They are all professional nailers and cost a pretty penny new. Perhaps you can find a good used one on Ebay or Craig's List.
