Please help.
I just sanded my floors. After I put the first finish on my floor. Do I, or should I sand it lightly? Or wait until the second coat? And can I do it by hand, or with a electric screener? I just have two rooms to do. 12x12

Yes, the finish needs to be adraded (sanded) between coats. I typically use 220 or finer. You can use screens and a buffer. A square buff will be easier for the novice to use.
