Hi everyone, I just wanted to give a bit of an update. I had posted here for advice, etc. and we have been moving on. I have the foyer and 1/2 of the dining room layed thus far. Things are going to plan and without much trouble. (I know I shouldn't have posted that as I'm sure to have kinxed the rest of the job!)
I can't believe some of you hoss that flooring nailer around on a daily basis- you must have backs of titanium! It really isn't that heavy, but bent over like that moving it all day does ache a bit
The flooring looks wonderful!

By the way, we've been using the grizzly flooring nailer with very good results. I happen to be about 1 minutes from one of their 3 main warehouses!
