I was talking to a bostic guy last week and he mentioned they are introducing a new adhesive at surfaces. Its a urathane adhesive but its suppose to be easy to clean up, will see.

2071 is waterbased adhesive. I do not like any waterbased adhesives. They are more trouble than they are worth. These so called "acrylic urethanes" are simply multi purpose adhesives that have been fortified with SOME acrylic and SOME urethane. They do not really hold a candle to MC urethane/ solvent adhesives. Bostics best is 100 percent urethane as is DriTac 7500. That makes them very pricey, but they elongate nicely which makes them ideal for solid glue down. DriTac 7600 is mostly urethane with some solvent added. Pretty much the same as Bostiks BST. I have become a huge fan of Stauf 930. It performs like a pure urethane with none of the clean up hassles. It elongates about two thirds as much as pure urethanes. That is enough for me.

Same here for the Stauf 930. I used it on Chucks advice, and loved it. No cleanup nightmares. Residue came off with mineral spirits, just like the old days of Bruce everbond and Franklin 911. We keep it in stock now.

Say, SK, where do you buy it? Not sure if any of my local distributors carry it.
