Do any of you know if there are any issues/problems in using Taylor MS+ adhesive over areas of the concrete that have been patched using Mapei Planipatch? Does Taylor have a similar patching compound? How much time should I conservatively wait (dry time) from the time I finish applying the planipatch to the time I start to apply the MS+?

No compatability issues, I wait 24 hours or until it is dry if is a deep patch.
