Who has had good success using these 2 epoxy sealers on concrete, and did you have to do more than sand off glue residue before applying? Sherwin-Williams makes 3501-M sealer, not available in all states.

I don't want a sealer that requires "bead blasting" or mechanical scarifying before rolling on the product.
