Definatley get my respect, that synteko is some rough stuff (I dont wear a respirator with poly, but do with that)

Honestly, I will not put any finish down without a respirator on any more. My friend, I strongly suggest that you wear one with Poly, it is one of the most toxic off gassing finishes.

eh I use polo plaz premireo VOC 450? Its good, I put a little on my apple jacks in the morning, and some in my coffee. So the off gassing doesnt bother me :)

Yummy! :wink: , the only poly I use is bona, and it seems like the mineral spirits are the main ingredient! but I do take a straight shot with a wood dough chaser before putting the respirator on :twisted:
