Hi,

So I have just moved in to a new place that I'm renting. Really nice place, but unfortunately we found a bit of mold and are in the process of clearing it up. The other day I noticed that the flooring has - for lack of a better word - waves in it. I'll insert a picture below - it's the same throughout the apartment's floor.

Although I'm guessing it could be something else, I'm just a bit worried that it may have something to do with the mold that we found in other parts of the place.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Here are the pics:

Thanks!

looks like previous tenant or landlord sanded the floors themselves using an edger or belt sander of some sort.

has nothing to do with mold

Those are edger marks and digs. Someone did a horrible job of sanding that maple floor. As James said , it has nothing to do with mold or moisture.
