 Post subject: Staples, Staples, Everywhere a Staple.

Hey guys need a little help on this one. I'm taking up the vinyl floor and luan underlayment in my kitchen and dinette areas. When I pull up the luan about 1000 staples come up with it also but another 1000 are left in the sub floor. Do I have to pull all the staples up and out of the sub floor or can I just pound them in so they are flush with the sub floor? I will be laying 3/4" x 31/4" solid hardwood.

:( Not really- just pound them down into the subfloor and your good to go :lol:
