I am taking on a large DIY project of installing hardwood floor in the first floor of a ranch. I am researching different staplers and in need of suggestions for a good one. I have been looking at the Bostich MIIIFS.

A question regarding the installation,
I will be installing the flooring(starting wall) parallel to a wall that has a sliding door.I will be spacing the flooring away from the wall but when I get to the sliding door do I butt up next to the door base, there will be no trim under the door?

There are raving reviews from the DIY crowd and a few contractors that took the risk, and purchased the Harbor Freight, Bostich knock-off. $129

I got a Grip-Rite at the distributor for around $300, because they were out of stock on the Bostich $675 and I'm glad they were out of Stock

I noticed those posts regarding the HF stapler. There is a HF about 15 minutes from my work, I will have to stop by there and take a look at it.

Has anyone used the Bostich SX150-BHF-2 for 3/4" hardwood flooring?

That tool is NOT for solid 3/4" flooring. For 3/4" solid, use the M111 FS or similar.
