Hi,

I was wondering if you have square edged flooring and owned a router with the right bits, would you take the time and effort to put tongues & grooves on the edge of solid 3/4" flooring strips before installation? It seems to be a popular option for newer floors but I'm wondering if it's mainly because the flooring is thinner and more prone to have the edges cup or separate?

Thanks!
Dan

Not worth the time involved
