I noticed some minor imperfections on my hardwood floors (Brazilian cherry) such as speckles of paint in pretty small area and a light foot print. The imperfection aren't too noticeable like the footprint could only be seen if there is a light shining on it from an angle and the paint is pretty minor, but I would like to get rid of them nonetheless. I would prefer not to re-sand it, is there anyway I can just use a razor on the paint then re-polish it? As for the footprint I don't know where to begin. However, group of contractors I hired to sand, stain and finish my hardwood floors didn't do a very good job. Basically you could see some imperfections such as uneven coating in the stain or finish when there's sunlight shining through(and trust me there's always sun light
). Is there anyway to make it more unnoticeable? The hardwood floors aren't too old at all, they were installed a year ago.
