Ive noticed on sertain jobs waterbase jobs with traffic after 2 coats are down the edges of boards curl/cup. is the water base adding moisture and cupping the boards? Im guessing they will lay doen in the future

If the second coat is applied before the floor returns to its normal MC (which was elevated by the first coat) that is exactly what will happen. ALWAYS use a non-destructive moisture meter to determine MC before first coat, and allow the floor to return to that level before the second coat is applied. Dont rely on instinct.

It will depend on what degree of distortion the floor has undergone. I have seen some pretty badly cupped floors lay down flat and pretty within a few days. If it remains distorted too long however, it may remain that way.
Try running some fans across the floor to speed up the drying process.
