I am installing 3/8 BR-111 koa on concrete slab in So. Cal. and for the best possible install, have decided to go the 3/4 ply/nail route. My questions are:
1. Can I use 5/8 or is 3/4 best?
2. Interior/ext. grade or does it matter?
3. Moisture barrier down between ply and koa--15# roof paper or better?
4. Construction adhesive for ply to slab bond?
5. Type/size nails to shoot ply?
6. Type/size staples/nails to shoot floor depending on 5/8 or 3/4 ply?

Transtions aren't much of a concern--thick Berber will butt up against most of this floor. I have alot of cutback adhesive and other residue all over that would need to be removed if I went the glue down way, but after reading all of the pros on this forum, I only want to do it once and most agree not to try glue down for 3/8 solid.
Thanks
