Help!!

I have Bruce Dundee Plank Oak: Cherry 3/4 x 3 1/4 dark high gloss floors.

The problem is after I clean them and walk barefoot, there are smears and smudge marks all over the floor. I used Bruce Floor cleaner every week which did not help. I tried Bona floor cleaner which did not help. Vinegar and water doesn't help.

Should I have the refinished to avoid this?

Any suggestions?

I can't think of any reason why Bona cleaner would leave any kind of marks at all. Definitely call the manufacturer like Stephen said
