We just had hardwood floors installed and finished. The last coat was applied on Monday. I noticed today that there are tiny bubbles throughout the floor. They are visible when the light/sunlight shines on the floors. Is this normal? Will the bubbles disappear over time? I'm just trying to get a good sense before I contact the contractor. We used three coats of poly and one final topcoat. I don't believe he sanded between poly coats but only before the last coat.

I thought I could post pictures here but can't find a way to do so. I will post in the picture forum as well.

Small b bubbles may be a challenge to keep clean. Maybe another coat of finish will smooth everything out.

Not if the bubbles are under the final coat. Sanding between coats isn't absolutely necessary but it does help with avoiding 'creep' and it can take care of bubbles.
