I have a satin water-based poly finish on my floors. I have some areas where traffic has caused some somewhat small bright spots to appear. Best to leave alone or apply light coat of water based poly on the affected boards?

What a beautiful floor, is there a high spot where the finish is shiny?
Sometimes a high area will get polished from foot traffic, especially when stocking feet are worn.
