Just relocated to Southern California. Trying to get a grip on what its going to cost me for skilled installers here so I can attract at least one good tradesman. What can I expect to pay for skilled labor out west or in S. cal. I'm talking to some trade guys with 2 and up to 20 years experience. Is it cheaper here than the rest of the country? Seems like a lot of unskilled types few real tradesman out here. What can I pay to keep some real tradesman on my crew?

Skilled tradesman are few and far between in So.Cal, as is here. Are you Retail Owner, Labor Shop, General Contractor, Homeowner ? You have talked to a few guys? what are they telling you ??? I was brought up in that area ( L.A./ San Diego / San Fernando Valley / Santa Clarita ), left about 8 years ago, MISS IT :(
