 Post subject: should i use moisture sealer?

the light weight concrete on the second floor shows 4% moisture. we are supposed to use 0.5" cork sheet for the noise cancelation before we glue down engineered 5" floor. do i need to seal the concrete before i glue down the cork?

Are you talking about Gypcrete? Can you scratch this stuff it with your fingernail?

You can use bositch MVP it trovels like a glue.
It is extra cost but make the whole project safer/
