 Post subject: screw or nail squeaky subfloor?

some say nail, some say screw!
whats the best type of screw to use for 3/4"osb subfloor and the best type of nail?

When installing new subflooring, glue and ring-shanked subfloor nails are adequate. However, if you're trying to remove noises from the floor, use screws. 2" or 2&1/2" deck type screws are fine. I prefer square drive over phillips head.
