Hi All,
Refinishing my pine floor. I see that a paint scraper is recommended for getting into the corners. However, I had to take so much off the floor in order to get it right that I would be forever trying to get the corners and other areas down even with the floor.

What do you pro's do in a case like this?

Thanks
Joe

The scraper needs to be RAZOR sharp. So get good at sharpening one with a mill bastard file. If you need to remove more than an 1/8" of stock, consider using a sharp chisel, then the scraper, followed by vigorous hand sanding. That's what I do.
