I put down two coats of the satin traffic. It looks good. I went back and bought another gallon but they gave me the wrong stuff. They gave me semigloss. I am considering using it because I wouldn't mind having it shinier and I don't want to wait too long. More than 48 hours I'm going to have adhesion problems.

traffic semigloss, looks less glossy then most oil satin finishes IMO. But I wouldnt fear on 48 hr adheasion problems. I dont know if there is circumstances here that I am unaware of, but I have put down traffic and held final coats for days, weeks, even months. No problems to report (except painters driping paint onto the floor)

Gotta love those painters. You bust you butt to produce a flawless finish, only to have some high school drop-out high on pot come in with a brush and a pail of paint saying he's there to do "touch up." No drop cloth, no damp rag to wipe up spills, no masking anything off. Next day, paint drips all over the floors. Then, the owners have the nerve to call you, the flooring finisher, on how to remove the paint from the floors. I tell them to call their "painter".

lol, the HOURS I spend trying everything to get the paint out of the floors before the final coat, I really love it when there is green drips of paint (in the grain) 6 rooms away from the only green room in the house. LOVE painters
