Hello, I'm new here. I have refinished 4 of our floors upstairs in our 1900 home. I think its Yellow Pine. All other rooms have come out great. I'v rented drum sander and edger from the local rental place. I have used Fabulon Proffesional and the turned out great.
Well...We have moved into the wall way and I thought this is how it would be.
Its layed out cross ways to the walls. I havn't measured the sq ft but we have 30' of hall way and another areas by the restroom. Plus the stairs...they have oak treads and paintable risers.

What do you suggest I use for a sander ? I don't think I want to take the drum sander sideways on it.

I"m leaning towards the edger for all of the wall way. Then taking a heavy duty orbital to it.

Any suggestions on sander options ?
