Went to Home Depot to get some CDX plywood to use a subfloor on my slabe and they only had RTF plywood. Is there a difference between the two and if so, what is it? Haven't checked Lowes or another lumber yard.

Thanks in advance to this esteem group.

Stan

Big difference Stan.

RTF plywood is "Rigid Thermal Foil" used in cabinet construction.
FTR plywood is "Fire Retardant Treated", no good either.

Surely they stock CDX. Look on the other side of the isle or go to Lowe's.
