Hi all,
I have a riser between the living room and the dining room. I am glueing Award Terra Bella 5" engineered.

The riser is 6 inches high.

I do have a stair nose to run horizontally accross the top of the riser

Should I just use the wood and glue it horizontally along the face of the riser? Or is there such thing as a riser piece I could purchase?

ps.. I tried inserting a picture but it did not work????
Thanks, Phil in So Cal

You can use the flooring, or you can use paint grade wood, and paint the riser the same as your base trim.

Those are cool. I have two large radiant heat jobs coming up, and these might be the ticket to trick out the stairs. Great link Perry, thanks.
