Anybody heard of some new fangled product that can fix up older laminate floors? I heard a rumor from somebody in Florida awhile back. In fact he was supposed to go through some kind of training for the rights to the idea in his market...or something along those lines. Never hear from him anymore, could have closed shop.

my notes: laminate_vs_hardwood.htm

What do yopu mean by "laminate"? Prefinished engineered or plastic laminate? I heard of that guy we know that lived here and was working on a floating plate/s for refinishing handscraped but musta fallen through. That was several years ago.

The only thing I know of now is the FA8.

Sure would like to know about that one. What a great niche market, especially now.

Laminator. It works and revives the finish. But that is about all you can do. It isn't wood, it is a print with plastic over it.
