Hi - I recently had my floors refinished with satin arboritec. I needed a repair and so a handyman sanded the small area and put on sealer then finish but his finish was not as shiny as Arboritec. I am wondering whether I can brush Arboritec Avenue over the water-based finish that he applied without re-sanding first? Also, can it feather in (since floor was just refinished recently) or do I need to mask off the entire board?
