Hi everyone! I am new to the site and I wanted to post some pics of the hardwood floors we found. We are redoing a bedroom to change to a nursery and discovered this great wood floor. Best thing is it continues into the living room.

I was wondering if or what would be needed to may the floor usable? Meaning do you have to refinish it, buff it or just clean it up? Can anyone tell me this by the pictures. Thanks in advance.

Looks kinda beat up but beautiful wood. I'd definetley refinish it. Check a vent and see how much woods left above the tongue.

Looks to be BC Fir or Redwood, I don't see any exposed nails so most likely a great candidate for refinishing. Too rough shape for simple clean-up and recoat.

looks like heart pine to me. Anyway it needs a full refinish to bring it back to its original condition.
