We have a area that runs about 60 ft and then L's about another 20 feet. There are no breaks in the flooring its on long run. It is red oak and we need to refinish, can we do it in sections or must we do it all at once. The problem is furniture and where to put it.

Thanks for any ideas :) Joe

Well, it can be done it sections BUT you will risk not having those sections blend well together. Best to rent a container, place it in your driveway and store the furniture in that till the refinish is completed. If no driveway (condo situation) then bite the bullet and have a mover move your things out and place in storage until the work is completed.
